I recently made several HTF calcs that got accepted so I made this CRT to try and apply them.
Obvious gore warning for some of these links.
Regarding Durability Inconsistency
If you watch the show, you know that the casts durability is VERY inconsistent. There are also some videos on this topic however most of the instances shown in the video being about other things. For more information, see this.
This is why I am proposing that most profiles have "varies from 10-C to (highest calc they scale to)" with a few exceptions.

They are:
Cub
Splendont
Buddhist Monkey
Splendid
I will go over each one of them

Cub
He pretty much is always consistently Below Average Human, as he is a baby and also dies a lot in below average human ways. He is very slow and also is very weak lifting strength wise, so he should pretty much be Below Average Human all around.

Splendont
Only appears in 1 episode, only gets harmed by Splendid. he's consistent.

Buddhist Monkey
Only appears in 3 episodes and never shows any inconsistency in any one of them.

Splendid
Is almost always consistent however he only dies twice, once being from Kryptonut, which is his weakness with it literally just being kryptonite for bootleg animal superman, and the second time being in Class Act during the explosion at the end. Apparently, everyone who was there died according to the creator However this seems to be an outlier since every other episode he is a god with god-like durability. He should just stay as is.

Durability and Attack Potency
In this calc we get a 8-A/Multi-City Block Level feat from Cuddles being launched into space, pretty much everyone has killed Cuddles due to being the show's punching bag. We also get a Low 7-B/Small City Level feat done by several people, this includes Flaky, The Mole, Lifty, Shifty, Russel, Cro-Marmot, and potentially Giggles as we see her get flushed down the hole. Giggles is also a pretty big punching bag in the show too. Everyone has been killed so this should likely upgrade for everyone.

Speed
Here we get a Superhuman feat from Cuddles and Giggles and a Subsonic feat from Sniffles, everyone's speed is pretty comparable. Should scale to everyone.

Lifting Strength
Here we get a Class 50 feat from Sniffles and a Class 10 feat from Lumpy. This is pretty consistent since there are some other lifting feats in the show that would likely be comparable but aren't calced. Such as Nutty lifting a large lollipop, Sniffles tossing a segment of a slide, Either Flippy, Sniffles, or Handy tossing an anvil, sink, and Lumpy, and also Lumpy carrying a roller-coaster rail. Should scale to everyone.

Other Minor Add-ons to Profiles
Flippy
Weaknesses
Has a nut allergy as shown here, for more context there were nuts in the blender.
Hope this works out.
