since Baam doesnt have stats (we should try to change it) this is speed equal,

it comes down to skill-sets of the two characters,

Baam. He should be hill level at least at this point, his time delay move will be a major problem, he can wreck internal organs with his moves. He should take it.

Baam was able to injure Urek Mazino who can carry large forests that take months to trek in his pocket (without having its mass reduced), so he's quite up there with potency. Plus Baam can also copy any single one of Jee-Han's techniques.

I really don't think we should have fights involving characters with Stats that are all listed as unknown. After all, we can't tell if this won't be a speed stomp or not.
