I dont mean to "yell" but jesus I hate it when people here clearly show they didnt even bother to glance at each character's Powers and Abilities. It takes all of 30 seconds man.

Hakumen. The Power of Order is strong against most of Bayo's hax and one hit from Hakumen is enough to end Bayo due to Time Killer and the hax provided by the Susano'o Unit.

Hakumen has too good of a reaction time. This dude dodged soul attacks from the black beast constantly and managed to survive.

You act as if Bayonetta doesn't have good reaction time...He also has a resistance to Soul Attacks, but not atomization.

Not sure but when he fought terumi in CP he needed some time to prepare his time killer attack mode he can't pull time killer right of the bat

Yes, but with only 3 meters apart Hakumen will get close before Bayonetta uses Bazillions and hits him.

Hakumen charges it prematurely first, plus Bayonetta doesn't have resistance to time stopping, so it will definitely hit her.

I am just not sure about the time killer thing , i am yet to finish CF so i only know when he used it in CP , from what i saw when he fought Terumi he needed some time to charge before he one shouted terumi with it and terumi couldn't doge that even though he was doging all of Hakumen attacks the whole time and Terumi hace time resistance

I only know he can one shout nearly anyone with it

How can she dodge an attack that slows time around him? Once he charges it he can stop time around him, think MiHU from Jojo.

Resistance to Time Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Curses, Extreme Temperatures, and some forms of Reality Warping (Able to retrieve her soul after it has been ripped out of her body, can survive volcanic and arctic temperatures with ease, can move unhindered in slowed and stopped time, able to change herself back to her adult form after being turned into a child)

As for my own opinion bayo doesn't have Regenerationn at all she's human , so time killer or not All hakumen need is one fatal wound to kill her , although even with speed equal bayo specialty is doge the attacks so she's more likely to hit him more than he hits her although it's very unlikely to hit him with her bullets she need to get close to him

So i am really torn between both sides now i can't vote
