Well, I think that somebody should preferably write it in the profile at least.

Something like:

1. 1-A * infinity = still 1-A.

2. An infinity multiplication of 1-A power doesn't make a high 1-A from a regular 1-A.

3. 1-A with serious weaknesses cannot be high 1-A.

So something like this

Also, kindly take note that being infinitely superior to a regular 1-A character doesn't necessarily make a character High 1-A, unless it is established that they are truly transcendental over all systems and have power that would make them tier 0 if not for some small, insignificant limitation (such as being restricted by a tier 0 character). As such, it is unadvised to tier characters as High 1-A without rigorous examination of their powers.

On the topic of the Tiering System, I think "strongly advised" should be replaced with "required", considering that it's a basic part of the format and any page which doesn't have it will either be deleted to edited to include it
