Hes only possibly low multi universal althoughhis speed surpasses everyone here by a lot and he has haxxes like everything within his vincinity instantly dies and his sword strikes the soul and induces a curse that blocks life force and power

Wouldn't low multi universal mean he can only bust a few universes, only making him 2-5 times stronger than a universe+ character? It's still enough to win but not massively stronger

No. hades has created two infinite universes and one finite universe. he is Multi-universe.

regardless, hades speedblitzzes and has hax as well as reality warping to erase them from existence
