My vote goes to Yuri, she is stronger and can get even stronger with the Green April Ignition, besides, she is more experienced and is a pretty decent combatant, being able to fight evenly and even win with opponents with a great amount of haxxes such as Karaka, who she killed once with the Rose Shower, who can tank several 5 Teratons level attacks with minimal damage, which is a move scales to 7 Teratons, which she could use to one-shot Mereoleone if the RPL become problematic or simply use her Deconstruction via green bubbles to undo her body if it touch her body, besides, she initially seems to have LS advantage before the RPL effect kicks in, which is not good, considering that Yuri likes to went physical combat if she is confident enough, which seems to be this case in this match-up

What's Yuri's answer to Calidus Brachium Barrage (using Mana Zone) or even just Mana Zone Full Release?

She'll also get faster and faster each passing moment, so Yuri would need to defeat her literally asap. Even against the Demon King dude (current enemy), she's getting far outclassed by him, and getting knocked away, and still continues to get back up getting faster and stronger until she was running out of mana, and couldn't fight anymore.

What's Yuri's AP?

Iirc Mereoleona scales far above 1.3 Teratons although in the most recent chapters she was tanking attacks from a character far above 26.5 Teraton like a complete champ.
