GV Enters the Gungeon

How high into 8-B is boyo? Keep in mind Kill Pillars' calc is very nearly baseline.
 
Post Reverie Zonda and Anthem'd GV is getting buffed to 8-A because I'm an idiot and used the low end instead of the high end of linghtning.

GV is 8-C+. Anthem'd GV is 100x that because of a statement from Zonda that her power had multiplied a hundred fold.
