Around 2-4x AP Advantage for Ingram, gonna be difficult for Clark if he decides to rush in and get into fisticuffs with him. But Clark looks like he can easily restrain him with a far greater lifting strength, Class K vs Unknown. Todd would also wear down faster, Superhuman compared to High. I feel like Clark's healing factor would keep him in the game long enough to subdue him with his Heat Vision and Super Breath. Electricity Blasts wouldn't be much of a problem, as Clark resisted attacks from a person with electric powers in his first fight in the series I'm pretty sure. He's definitely gotten a lot stronger since then.

Gonna vote for Clark. I feel like Todd would give him a tough fight with the AP Advantage, Telekinesis, Forcefields, and Electric/Energy Blasts, but Clark probably isn't gonna let himself get hit too many times if he sees that he can actually be harmed by him. I feel like Clark would be better in utilizing his speed better too, since that's all he does is basically try and blitz. I know speed is equalized but even then I feel like Clark could use it better. Todd being cocky is gonna get real bad, I feel like if Clark gets a single good hit of Heat Vision in it might take Todd out of the fight, burning holes right through him or something similar to that.

Gonna vote for The Blur medium to high difficulty.
