Well, I want to join the cause of the longest losing cat I've ever seen.
mario bros: probably he can defeat some weaker counter parts like the movies and some comics, but the video games and the animated series like manga, is horribly trampled thanks to the amount of hax's and way of leaving him out of combat.
one piece: he'd go far if he had to, but manipulative characters could trick him into universal control so he'd be able to trick himself out of it, as he's still quite naive most of the time.
If he gets past the manipulative characters then he should be left out.
The death wipe (and by default leave him in a coma) like the boa petrification should finish him off. And the king haki users could just leave him o.k., in other means he would do horribly badly especially with the luffy who can fight with xeno goku.
I'm sure he could handle the low levels, but once he's faced with the hax's I doubt he'll come out of it, let alone novels or video games.
the simpsons: homer technically defeated him, but if it becomes different because of the control, I see god take care of this little brat, other means like comics would be much worse with certain characters with certain hax's that he doesn't resist, this includes also videjegos.
plants vs zombie: characters like peashooter and basic zombie don't stand a chance against him, but the player and supebrainz would finish him off.
death manipulation such as telestraptation for supebrainz, and void and instantaneous hax's for the player, also mind control and transmutation, oh and rose is included in this.
And if by chance he meets the gnomes he would have to deal with the gnomus king who no matter what he does gumball he will come back and well seal gumball in a chest.
Mortal Kombat: Levels Gods and Soul Hax's like Mentals say no.
