Guilty Gear Scaling Revision (Part 5): Scaling to Dragon Install Sol + A Low 1-C Thing I Forgot

Hi, it's me again. Been recovering mentally so I decided to put out this thread.

So basically, there are a number of characters that scale off of Dragon Install Sol that we haven't accounted for. Some directly fight him, and others scale to those such characters. This also results in another proposal of mine: for a number of characters to get new keys specifically for Guilty Gear Strive.

Without further ado, here is the sandbox detailing the affected characters.

As an additional note, I added Bridget scaling to a casual Dragon Install Ky because while it's not directly relevant, it's something that was agreed would be hashed out and I couldn't think of another time where this would be handled so... Here we are.

That's about it from me, so I'mma open the floor to discussion!

Edit: I also included Happy Chaos being Low 1-C with the Tome of Origin because I forgot about that in my previous thread. I'd like opinions on that as well.

For those that didn't see the edit to the OP, I also added Happy Chaos being Low 1-C with the Tome of Origin to the sandbox because I forgot about that in the previous thread. Opinions on that would be appreciated!

Looks good for the most part. Though I'd like to ask - considering that both of them get scaling via the bullets fired by Happy Chaos, why is Chipp listed as "At least Continent level, possibly Dwarf Star level to Small Star level" while Anji is listed as "At least Continent level, possibly far higher"? Neither is necessarily incorrect, but I'm curious why these two are indexed differently via the same scaling.

Anji only took the recoil of it and he was knocked out from that alone, while Chipp was actively deflecting the bullets with his weaponry

Chipp also took the same thing and emerged without any noticeable injuries
