Groups of Characters who exist in a multitude of dimensions

You know how the trillazx beta aliens exist in 7-11 dimensions at once?

I think similar characters for AP should have "Ranging between (tier) to (tier) and would allow much more freedom to battles as they can now fight characters that are in their dimension range but not listed on AP

If a character has an uncertain amount of dimensions, we already tend to rate them accordingly.
