So, the formula for Ground Explosions is this- (with P being 1.37895 bars)

• R^3*((27136*P+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2

But does that mean the Top or Bottom equation?

No they aren't- using the bottom formula gets a result that's over three times higher than the top one.

Second equation is wrong, the correct one is the first one. If you want it more simplified, you can write it as:

R^3*((27136*P+8649)^(1/2) - 93)^2/184090624
