Groudon High 6-A upgrade

High 6-A Groudo has just this calc of 35.6 Petatons, while it was literally stated to be able to evaporate all the oceans , and that's already calculated to 829 Petatons.

Any High 6-A Pokémon should be upgraded as well except Jirachi who has only his calc as High 6-A reason

The second site is not loading for me. What does it say exactly? The first video has Archie saying that If the sun shines like this, the oceans would evaporate. Doesn't that imply it's the sun which does the evaporation and not Groudon itself?

Now that I think, Primal Kyogre is 5-B because "Caused a planetary storm"

Then why shouldn't Groudon be higher in High 6-A for a similar reason?

Sounds like it's overtime rather than instantly, so I'm not sure if it applies.

It sounds like Environmental Destruction rather than Attack Potentcy when it talks about drying the seas, it's an indirect effect of Groudon's presence.

It was yeah.

And this would be an overtime feat, the 829 petatons result would assume that the world's oceans are dried up in a second, which isn't true for obvious reasons.
