Well shoot. I really can not exactly tell who gonna win this as it is really gonna be a close match.
Edit: Jiraya also managed to defeat some of the Pains although they were revived again, but it is still a feat anyway.

Ash-Greninja is at least 7-C while Jiraiya is only is 7-C using Cho Odama Rasengan. Therefore Greninja has a vastly higher AP normally.

Even I'm Ash-Greninja fan. I vote for Jiraiya.
Even Greninga's AP seem to higher, but his techniques are not exotic for Naruto verse.
Should be not too hard for expert shinobi like Jiraiya for take down him.
