Battle Beast has come across the Rangers planet after hearing there were powerful warriors there to fight, while Tommy was the first to make it on scene after Zordon gave a warning about a new incoming threat to the planet.
Both are in character, fight to incapacitation. Fight takes place in a large open field away from any buildings, forests or civilians, though the field isn't flat, combatants start 10 feet apart.
Speed equalized.
Tommy is unable to summon the Dragonzord.
