We discussed this in the NNT Profile Revisions thread, but it never came to fruition.
Grayroad has a power level of 39,000, just 26,500 of it being magic, so i think we could treat her's and Melascula's the same and say she's Large Mountain level with magic due to being Superior to Galand, Melascula, and Meliodas' full power. She's also almost comparable to Critical Over Galand.
This is also a small scale of the individual commandments to Hendrickson, if not ash Hendrickson due to the context:
"If you were to compare Hendrickson's power to that of a whirlwind, then the 10 commandments would be in the class of a cataclysmic disaster."
Physically, she has a strength level of 10,000, which surpasses Matrona, Meliodas' out of control form, which staggered an extremely casual Galand, and everyone of the pre time skip sins, sans Meliodas' full power form, and all of the Knights, including Dreyfus.
Her chains also briefly contain Demon Meliodas. As a scale of power, Denzel states this about the Commandments as individuals.
So i'm thinking something like At least Mountain level physically, Large Mountain level with black matter manipulation, and Island level with some magic.
There's also missing powers:
Chain Manipulation and Creation, said chains also teleport the person back if they try to escape.
She can also turn humans into Demons.
Her commandment steals the life of those who kill in her presence.
