Arthur should at least get Cath’s purgatory resistances for absorbing his power and body Absorption and Power Absorption (The power of Chaos is capable to absorbed Cath's power and body[14])

Note for profile should have all of Chaos abilities and resistances

Also NPI (Gave a power up to Galand And Merasculla[16]), Resurrection(Is stated to be the one that Resurrected Galand And Merasculla[16]) Since chaos power can intersect with the souls of Galand and Melascula he should at least get NPI for souls.

The power of chaos manipulated and woke their souls in purgatory. Also only souls(out side of the natives exist in purgatory) so the only way to revive them is to manipulate their souls. Created a storm cloud[2]
