How strong would gravity need to be to break things at the sub-atomic level?

Stronger than the weak and strong nuclear forces that hold protons and neutrons together. Don't remember the specific off my head nor exactly how to calculate it

Gravity is very weak proportionately, so from this you should be able to calculate the mass of an object.

Well, from what I know Gravity is the weakest force. Some people say it's impossible to break things apart using Gravity as it's will more like compress them or nothing will happen. Some say that Black Holes or Neutron Stars are a good example of its ability to break matter apart.

I'm not really good at physics so that's why I've asked this question as maybe someone will know the answer or something close to it.

The character in question has the Law of the Star meaning he has it's characteristics as he is the central nucleus and all things in a range of 50km is affected by the gravity of it to a degree that matter is broken apart at a fundamental level.
