Would a statement of something being able to dissolve all matter be only sub-atomic, macro-quantum? Or just atomic? There is also a mention of it being able to dissolve spirit but that one's pretty self explanatory. I know "matter" itself is generally a vague term, there's mentions of "particles" being dissolved as well if that helps.

I don't think you can guess the potency just from the word "matter", but you could give it at least molecular due to mention of particles (based off other examples I've seen of this ability and the mention of particles)
