What about Body Control to Goku and Resistance to Information Analysis? He could control the movements of his blood and cells and Granolah couldn't analyze him

Actually Moro has this in his notable attacks section
Planet Life-Energy Manipulation: Moro can manipulate the energy of the planet he stands on to create flaming walls, waves of magma and blasts of electricity. Since the energy doesn't come from Moro himself, he can freely use the planet's energy to attack until the planet is drained of energy with no effect on Moro's own reserves of energy.
so both magma manipulation and addition of this in Granolah's notable attack section will be fine

Goku's blood flow and cell movement changes when he activates ui(the technique not the form) it's minor because it's not completely voluntary

Yeah, Granola seems to have similar powers, as he has instant transmission, hakai and the moro thing

So, the difference between Moro's and Granolah's Magma manipulation is:
-Moro does It through Magic, and unlike Granolah, he doesn't just manipulate Magma, but also fire, as he rounded a Namekian town in flames, and Goku stated that those were flames, when Majin Buu pases through them. Also, he is heriously skilled at manipulating It, than Granolah.
-Granolah doesn't use Magic, but he is able to do like volcanic eruptions, just as similar to Moro's, hes control is low quality compared to Moro's, but probably that attack is fire manipulation??, as the attack is similar to Moro when using fire, that attack looks identical to the attacks confirmed to be fire by Goku and Moro.

Done, this are, It took me more time than i expected:
In both instances that kind of aura that emerges from the ground is listed as flames. But, Moro can do this and Also manipulate/bend Magma as shown in manga chapter 45

So Granolah's technique is not as advanced as Moro's, who Can manipulate both, fire and Magma from the Planet's core. Granolah can only manipulate fire.
