Profiles for Phantom Snipers

Profiles for Knights of Blood

Removing Low 2-C for multiple characters (Rayas, Hart-Xi, other planned saga and story characters) due to being very inconsistent. Only character that would scale would be Misette and the other disaster witches, and it wouldn't scale their physical stats.

Things I need to think about:

Crossover profiles:
Onesided crossovers officially take place within one continuity, but not the other. Given that some characters may be parodies of their original counterparts, they could potentially get a separate profile scaling from the other verse based on their importance to the story.

I don't think that there would be an issue with making profiles for the various crossovers, as many of them get some pretty crazy feats (Ryuko Matoi has a casual 2-C feat, Saitama has a few tier 2 feats, Tokyo Revengers characters are all casually tier 3-4, etc).

Multipliers:
literally every character with an attack multiplier of 62,000% will be Galaxy level, which is a lot of characters.

Next two profiles are almost done. After those, I'll work on the story profiles. Celia first, then Fen, then Mira. I'll wait until the new Roy comes out before I make his profile, and Zeorg is likely the last character I'll do, since a decent chunk of his scaling is based off of his granddaughter.
 
I hate that as soon as I nuke tier 2 from Rayas' profile, the new story gives a random tier 2 feat 😭

Chapter 5 is wild so far I've learnt that Roy knew everything all along. First zeorg and now roy... I'm curious about the next chapters And it's too fun to read lmao

Serah, Arcana, and Liese are 95% featless, so that's saving me time.
