(GRACE) Four VS Richard Watterson (An Idiotic Father Finds Out His Value)

Story
Richard Watterso was out on his job as a pizza delivery person, but was secretly eating the pizza, thus breaking the rules of his job. The chain had an upgrade where they would do international worldwide deliveries, which is what Richard was doing. His destination was supposed to be in Goiky for the delivery, so he got there. Eventually, as he drove across the field while listening to some music, he began to glitch things he passed by. He drives by Firey and Coiny, who were slapping each other.

Needle: Would you cut it o-

But then all 3 get glitched and reduced to skeletons as Richard passed by. He then drove by Bell as well, who was getting annoyed by some contestants climbing her string.

Bell: Get off of m-

As done earlier, she, along with everyone else on her string, were glitched once again, reducing them to liquid. The sky began to glitch out, as he finally got to the person who was waiting for his pizza: Four, who ordered one for a Cake at Stake prize.

Richard: Your pizza is here!

Richard opens the box, and Four was suddenly put into a fit of anger realizing that it had been partially eaten from the middle.

Four: You ate this... didnt you? I am offended!

Richard, in a state of fear, tried running off, but Four began to fire some Zappies at him which he dodges, destroying a few trees.

Four: You know whos not safe? Youre not safe...

Richard knew one thing: he had to fight and kill this person before his boss would figure out what he did. He never wanted to get fired.

Richard: You know what, come at me!

Both got into fighting stances.

Conditions
Richard has a job, and Four starts off at base, or 5-A (but may access his 4-B form if needed), and he has the Anti-Flying Button. The battle is in Goiky, with both starting 10 meters apart. Both are bloodlusted, and speed is equalized. And before you complain about the tier differences, Richard may be Low 2-C, but he still has 8-C durability, so this should be fair.

Actually, it should be noted that Richard destroying the universe takes time, as it progresses slowly unless he is fired to undo the effects. Plus, Richard cant even control these powers, as its all random depending on what he does.

Rather random. Something like a footstep or a boost in acceleration on his motorcycle causes a random effect to happen.

Hmm... if Richard's environmental destruction takes time and he doesn't even know how to control it, then I think it all comes to what happens to Four with the random effect. Four can't get hurt in this match otherwise if non-lethal effects happen, but on the on the other hand he could have something lethal happen to him. I vote inconclusive match since Richard's employment powers aren't consistent.

It appears that by relying on RNG here, Most of Richard's hax triggered by the RNG will mostly be non-lethal, given that Four can regenerate from being reduced to liquid, and other times, it transforms Four into a random look, but otherwise mostly non-lethal as well. Just to point something out.

After some thinking, I think that Four actually has the edge. It still all comes down to if something lethal happens at first, since speed is equalized. I'm going to keep my vote the way it is.

Albeit, the game of RNG. Probability. Less of a chance for something lethal to happen when stepping on the ground, and more of a chance of something non-lethal to happen when doing the same. Richard cant control his powers, and he isnt even aware of them to begin with.

But if Richard tries to fight back against Four, he would end up stepping a lot of times, increasing his chances of winning even though he doesn't know that.

In the case of that, that is why Four has Gravity Manipulation: to snap and even restrain Richard. Its used to turn gravity off, and he can turn it on again at will, see Four's profile.

Oh right, I forgot Donut did that with the factor of Four. He can make Richard not be able to do anything about Four's attacks. I think Four could win then, especially with his other advantages that make it likely. I was about to switch my vote, but now it's at seven so I guess it's too late.
