Mid low regen is not a super buffed defense. And Carol has better quality fighting experience.

But that is it. Carol can win but more times than not will lose to Elma FRA.

She's also much better in CQC now and can use pressure points.

Evil Cole can attack Carol from multiple directions where she cannot absorb or even defend and is a reason why Evil Cole won in our thread.
