The page states: "2-C, as low as 4-B when operating through avatars". Doesn't it indicate that 2-C is the true form?

The thing with true form is that he only has like one event appearance and most other writers treated the 2C version as the true Darkseid. It's kinda ignored by most sans Morrison.

True Form darkseid appeared only in final crisis and once refrenced in odyssey plus Williamson now brought him more powerful stating to be merged with all previous emanation or incarnation of himself.

Currently Williamson is running the most important part of DC as his in charge of this infinite frontier arc and flash 2016 Currently don't know of other books.
