Ever since the playable Pico update, I could've sworn I saw NoLegs in Week 5 (If that cat really is him, then I'm glad there's still some relevancy to EBF today especially since that's a franchise that's overshadowed by various other Newgrounds franchises). Though, since NoLegs has the player on his side, I believed that was unfair for Boyfriend, so I decided to go put him against the iconic enemy of the series instead.

Speed is unequalized (Subsonic end for the Slimes is used), both are 9-B, Boyfriend is up against 5 Veggie Slimes (Because Week 5), and the battle takes place in a random forest. Both start 10 meters apart from each other.

Who wins?

Be boop bop: 1 (Flashlight237)

squish: 7 (AThe1412, TheOrangeGuy09, Javenplayz253, Arkansalter2, Shadowslash125, MintyBoi1, Psychomaster35)

Pico and Lance randomly come in to shoot them both:

The slimes are kinda screwed. Their only real chance of beating BF is with poison (or transmuting him into a slime as well if they're super lucky) because he's a stonewall while his 3.5x AP advantage will allow him to harm them easily.

I mean, given how their Poison and Slime statuses both have a 10% chance of activating, I'd figure that 5 would make this fight fair so there's a better chance for Boyfriend to be affected by those statuses that would in turn bypass his durability.

So having 5 of them would basically increase each of those wincons to a 50% chance. Boyfriend has higher reactions but the slimes are faster overall so he might be overwhelmed through sheer numbers. How fast does the poison kill? Can we also get a rough calculation for the slimes dodging arrows (because right now they're baseline Subsonic)?

It typically does small bits of damage proportional to someone's HP when only single stacked, but the potency of the poison can become much higher when stacked up to 9 times to deal heavy amounts of damage.

I should also note that if Boyfriend is turned into a slime, he won't be able to attack until the effect wears off in 2 turns.

Does being turned into a slime make him weaker? Does it also grant him Poison resistance?

Okay so he can't attack but is he immobilized? Can he still avoid attacks from the slimes?
Yeah, he can still dodge.

Also, I made a mistake in saying he had the same durability as a slime. He actually takes twice the amount of damage when he's a slime (Meaning 124 kilojoules becomes 248 kilojoules dealt to him).

He probably can't do it consistently due to their numbers and the fact that he'll be disoriented when he gets turned into a slime. He'll try to control his slime body to attack them with them either avoiding it or not avoiding it and it still does nothing.

Yeah, that doesn't change anything. They still have to rely on stacking poison to kill him. Honestly, I think the slimes take this with BF managing to beat 2 or 3 of them since they also have a chance of starting the fight with healing.

I half expected FnF supporters to show up and argue that BF wins through a hyper specific scenario that is not only extremely unlikely to happen but also not something he's smart enough to come up with and is out of character for him anyway. That's what they have been doing for the past few versus threads involving FnF characters.

That, or a majority of these people have no clue what EBF is (It's obscure compared to other Newgrounds franchises, after all)

This makes sense to me
