Spider-Man has precog, so Widow's bullets are almost useless, as well the fact that Spider-Man is unbelievably mobile and has an attack that can severely incap a baseline like Widow. Voting Spidey

I'm voting Spider-Man. But I think it's funny that in most of his encounters with Captain America, when they spar with each other he often loses and its said how it's because Cap is far more experienced in hand to hand fighting. Though Spidey is holding back, Cap is too. Though my vote is still for Spider-Man.
