Goku scales far above Toei First Form Frieza who has a casual 6.446E+43 J feat

Vegeta backscales to Shin who has a 453.5*10^42 J feat as a Low end (or 1.116*10^45 J as a High end, not specified which one has to be used).

Vegeta seems to have an AP advantage unless Goku uses Kaio-Ken (x20 is restricted though).

Anyways this is basically their Saiyan Saga fight but Vegeta doesn't have Oozaru and Goku doesn't get too tired of using the Kaioken.

Vegeta is more experienced here and has an idea of how Kakarot fights at this point of his life (this Goku is basically canon Goku but his fights are triple as long).

So as long as he doesn't flip his shit and loses his mind he should probably find a way to beat Goku, like striking him when he drops the Kaioken or something like that.

Shin actually scales to 11.29 Foe, which is just a hair away from High 4-C+. That is 1.129 * 10⁴⁵ joules. Vegeta backscales to that value, though the degree by how much is unknown. Goku scales far above a casual 6.446 * 10⁴³ joules, meaning Vegeta is about 15 times stronger.
