Dragonball had hakai & power up mode stuffs etc. exist in that universe.
Diffrent realm and diffrent setting that hard to know what realm is more powerful.
Only both Director & writer of those series can tell about it.
Dissidia game setting everyone still can fight everyones in the plot (esport game)
Dragonball is anime & manga the plot will be that it keep overpower everyone he fight as protagonist.
goku had more disadvantage due to setting and plot of the series compare to dissidia except Chaos was consider more powerful than dragon ball universe.
