Only Cosmo Users have Atomization, just like only Ki Users have Ki Blast. The Verse Equalization removes NLF from Verses, yes, such as "Only another Stand can defeat a Stand" and whatnot. But it can't remove abilities characters have.

Also, it's clear that you want Goku to win, and when Seiya shows a clear advantadge due to one of the most Basic abilities in the entire Saint Seiya verse, you back off and start calling it an Outlier, using AOE Fallacies, Strawman Fallacies, and mocking me in the Original Post.
This is not a fair fight. Seiya has Haxed abilities which Goku has absolutely no resistance too. Goku could literally die in one punch by Seiya. When you need to remove the most Basic power of an entire Verse to make a fight fair, then it's clear that the fight shouldn't be done.
