Well, only a person that is using Ascalon is immune to Mind Control, but just like when Vegeta broke out of Babidi's mind control, I assume that Goku would have at least the same result.

Diagon's best feat puts him at large planet level+ and only vague statements put him at that strength.His threat was very regional and he has no crazy reality warping.Even a 3A Diagon can be defeated with Instant Transmission mind control resistance and Solar flare.I vote Goku.

However it is very hard to scale Diagon's power as he only fought UWB who Goku could crush before Vilgax absorbed him and again barely showed any feats.

Diagon is a being much more powerful than Super perfect Cell and is able to master the whole dimensions without problem. So Goku not even with their transformations of SSJ could liquidate this adversary.

Unless Diagon's regen is potent enough to let him survive universal attacks, I'd say Goku wins this.

Honestly this seems like a pretty big stomp, Diagon's durability is so much lower, at best he'll be able to get in one attack before Goku one shots him, unless he's got instantly activating mind control that he would use straight away he doesn't have a chance.

Hmm. Blahblah's right. Diagon would have had a chance had his dura been WAY higher but unfortunately that';s not the case.
