I mean, teleportation can only do do much against a guy who csn duplicate himself hundreds of times, has many ways to ignore durability, and is at least comparably skilled. That's more what I meant about that. I don't remember for sure if he fought teleporters, I'm not all that familiar with Naruto. I'm just going off the profiles here.

Slower people also have reactions to people that instantly teleport in Naruto
