Based off the couple DB x MHA stories I've seen.
Following the 21st Budokai, Goku, Krillin, and the gang end up in the world of MHA and encounter Class 1-A. While Master Roshi secretly explains the situation to All Might and Aizawa, Goku, eager to fight, asks Midoriya for a spar, to which he gladly accepts.
This is Toei 21st Budokai Goku vs 8% Joint Training Arc Deku. Speed is equalized and anything higher than 8-A for both is restricted. Fight takes place in an open empty field with no surroundings.
Goku scales to 926 tons while 8% Izuku scales to 711 tons.
