We assume power null works on powers, unless it's like, incredibly niche and specific.

Otherwise characters like Culexus Assassin and touma wouldn't be as good in matches as they are.

You know it might be me but the powernull that they utilize in Jujutsu Kaisen they nullify just the tecnicques not the curse energy itself
its like Gojo examples of cursed energy : the energy is the electricity and the tecnicques the instruments, the jujutsu they utilize for nullifying works on the instruments not the electricit itself
