Gohan (DBS) vs Beerus (DBS)

This is a lot..... Cell max was not weakened when he faught gohan , if anything the moment he faught gohan was the moment he went full power , as stated by Toriyama Cell max mind was not completed and mind is a part of ki so if you don't have a calm mind then you can not control your power properly therefore you can not go full power at will which is the case for Cell max in his initial release since he was mindless so whatever Cell max was weakened by Gamma 2 sacrifice or not he was still nowhere near Full power until he realized how dangerous Beast Gohan is and decided to make a Moon sized Genkidama to the point where his body started crumbling since Cell max was at his limits , this alone shows that Cell max was using a level of power that far exceed anything he did before, not only to mention that Cell max jumped from "not being able to get past Gohan's aura" to the point where Gohan had to use a full powered special beam canon to destroy the Genkidama including Cell max himself.

So the scaling chain should go like this :

Beast Gohan (Full power) >> full power Cell max with Genkidama>>>>> Beast Gohan (not serious) >>>>> Cell max (post gamma 2 sacrifice) >>>>>>Cell max (initial release)
So all the statements regarding Cell max being more powerful than Broly or the strongest battle in history should only apply to Cell max at end of the movie as for Piccolo saying that they wouldn't have won against Cell max if it wasn't due to Gamma 2 sacrifice then he was mostly talking about Cell max beating Ultimate Gohan before even eating the senzu bean and unlocking his new form.

Beerus is just too understimated here in this Wiki, there are just presumptions of characters, like Goku, that MAYBE characters like Broly are more powerfull than him, and yes, Goku surpassed Beerus on the ToP, but only in one aspect, the UI. We simply don't know the level of Beerus, we know the base, but not the ceiling, it's the same thing for angels and Zen'o, we don't know the power level of Zen'o, we olny know, that he is AT LEAST 2-A 2-B.
Any versus with the Bills, the angels and Zen'o is simply pointless.
Maybe Gohan is more OP than Beerus, or even Zen'o, maybe not.

My view is that hax being overpowered by raw power is a resistance unless specifically shown to be a weakness. For example hit's time stop in the manga doesn't grant a reaistance because you just need to be stronger than hit for it to be rendered ineffective.

Well Hakai in DB is an energy based attack while other verses mostly considers it a metaphysical hax that erases soul and body.This gives DB an unfair advantage in versus threads where DB characters can resist any conventional EE on the wiki
 
I think the reason why Hakai works the way it does is that it destroys ki energy

If you output more energy than the rate Hakai gets destroyed, ofc Hakai doesn't work
 
Freeza got literally over 10x stronger through mental training alone matching a SSB Goku who bare minimum got that strong, the boost Cell max could get from having control could be even more massive, which only makes it so any comparison between his actual power as an uncontrollable monster vs Broly is null.
 
Also I don’t really know why anyone should take Goku comment about Broly being possibly stronger than Beerus as reliable when he has literally never seen Beerus’ full power.
 
Tbh im feeling that in the next dbs anime season beerus will fight mui goku and at first goku will get the upperhand

but then beerus will reveal that he is only using only a small percentage of his power and flick goku...again

Im calling it
 
Really debatable, as anime scaling goes Gohan is probably stronger with all we've seen until now but that's obviously getting retconned/Toriyama doesn't actually believe Gohan > Beerus.
