I feel like that sort of information needs to be available in the profile, as opposed to buried in some CRT. That said, nothing in his profile states that it's 1-B in potency at all--and why would it be, when it has no feats of affecting High 1-B entities?

Secondly, why would Godzilla take any satisfaction in killing Lucius to begin with? It'd be a laughably quick fight, given the AP advantage.

Yeah. The possession seems pretty vague on its own, but it involving a High 1-B not being mentioned in the profile doesn't help at all.
