He actually wouldn't:

2014 Godzilla is 3.6 Teratons, while Donkey is a bit below 8.

The Godzilla in 2019 (which is larger and arguably somewhat stronger than his previous self) was inferior to KG. After Godzilla got the first power up, he was able to take on KG with no problem, but then KG got a power-up too and stomped Godzilla with ease.

Red Godzilla was unphased by the combined power of all 3 of Powerd-Up KG's gravity Beams, and he utterly one-shot him.

So yeah, I have no idea as of why Red Godzilla is just Low 6-B as he clearly surpasses the baseline 6-B.

Anyways since Powered-Up 2019 Godzilla is used and not Red Godzilla, keep going.
