Godzilla (Godzilla: Rage across time) vs Kagura (Senran Kagura)

Okay well surprise surprise, I'm going to vote for Kagura. All she needs to do to win is what she did with Orochi only this time, although TK might not work, she has a bigger and therefore more difficult to miss target. And if for some reason she is unable to do him in before he decides to let out his radiation breath she's also far more mobile than him especially since it is 100% in character for her to spam teleportation.

There's also the fact that the only win condition is death and although it takes her 100 years to be reborn she cannot die as long as the Reincarnation Sphere exists which he is not going to be able to find even within 100 years. But even if you change the win conditions I still say her versatility, intelligence, and mobility advantages should give her the win.

TL;DR: Kagura wins Low-Mid diff
 
Mobility shouldn't matter too much here,(as godzilla isnt too shabby himself,and the fact that hes over 300 meters is also going to help there), and just because she can be reborn doesn't mean anything. She can still technically be killed. Plus it's 100 years, and the fight isn't going to take that long. Though the rest of the reasons seem fine. Vote counted. Godzilla:0 Kagura: 1
 
That's still not a death. It's an incapacitation, absolutely, but she can't legitimately die as long as the Sphere exists. That's how Type 8 works.

I wasn't saying Godzilla wasn't mobile himself but she can actually teleport and her smaller size actually gives her an advantage as she's able to move around and attacks easier. But her long range teleportation is what ultimately gives her the edge in the mobility department.
 
It should still technically count tho. It's not completely getting rid of her for good, but it's still killing her. And plus the type 8 isn't combat applable as it takes literally 100 years to happen. (Even her profile states this). If godzilla is somehow able to kill her, then that would count as a win. It's not killing her for good, but it's still killing her nonetheless.
 
You don't just get 50% killed, my guy. You're either dead or you're not. If he somehow managed to destroy her body in the fight she'd be out of it for 100 years which is an incapacitation 36500 times over but still not a death.

And again that's if he manages to beat her which I'm thinking he can't.
 
That's the thing, she does get killed. It's just that she can get reborn again. Godzilla(If he does), doesn't have to kill anything outside of kagura herself. If godzilla were to obliterate her she would die. It's just that the type 8 gives her a chance to be reborn again, after she was killed the first time. And again, it isn't combat applable anyway. Either way you look at it, it can't be a reason as to why she would win. If godzilla can kill her the first time, he would win.
 
Well I'll let WB confirm whether I'm wrong or not when/if he returns to this thread. If I am wrong I still vote for Kagura for my other reasons above.
 
So long story short, both characters can come back if theyre killed, but neither method is combat applicable?
 
Okay, one more thing, Godzilla tends to lead with his atomic breath against most opponents, and it was the first thing he lead with against an opponent of Kagura's size (Ares). Would that make a difference?
 
She spams teleportation tho. It's like instant transmission but somehow even MORE annoying to deal with. Idk what he would do about that. Maybe swing his tail around until he hits her? Or just spam atomic breath?
 
How strong are the forcefields exactly? He can probably break through them like nothing if they are weaker then him.
 
I feel like If godzilla was able to get a hit with his breath, it would certainly hurt and cripple her serverly. Not to mention all the radiation that it produces would definitely have an effect on the area around him. But again, he has to hit her first, which will be difficult for him to pull off, if the spamming of teleportation and cheap shots is true.
 
I thought it would be more like 'let me get the enemy pissed off by playing around them by using one of my several cheap to use abilities' type. And that she would just hold back and **** around with them just to get enjoyment. That's why I thought godzilla could win this. But if she just ends fights pretty seriously, then I can see her winning.
 
Can you show me any other instances where kagura has fought a giant monster other then orochi? I just want to see more of her fighting style against this type of stuff.
 
Nope because there is no other instance of it. But that is how she handles giant monsters. That is how she does things in character.
 
Alright well I'm off. It's like 3:00 A.M. for me, and I want to actually get some sleep this time around. I guess we can wait to see what weekly has to say about this. This will probably end up in kagura's favor.
 
Yeah i'll give it to Kagura after a decent fight, ths ends pretty much how Godzilla vs Zeus did minus Kagura being depowered after beating Godzilla
 
oof. Rip my boi godzilla. Oh well. I can just get legendary godzilla or gmk godzilla to kill kagura and solo the rest of the verse to get revenge ovo
