Assuming size is equalized, this would be a close fight. Finalgoji has greater strength and better melee skills, but G2K has better Regenerationn and his Atomic Ray is one of the most formidable amongst the Godzillas. Finalgoji wouldn't enjoy getting hit by such an attack, but considering G2K seemed to prefer melee against Orga, I don't think he'll have to worry about it too much here. It'll be a very long fight, but G2K is pretty limited in melee, while Finalgoji has explicitly greater strength feats (such as sending Anguirus flying with a tail whip). His strength feats and melee skills, alongside the kinetic force of his Atomic Ray, give him enough of an advantage here, so if size is equalized I'd say Finalgoji wins with super high difficulty.

FinalGoji has higher AP in the teratons, range and better hand to hand, but G2K has a superior Regenerationn ability and more intelligence feats though FW seems to grow stronger through battle as well. The nuclear pulse could deal heavy damage but I think FW wins with high difficulty.
