God-Swamp Thing (Classic) VS Administrator-The Shining One P.S: Is this a fair fight?

Swamp Thing VS The Shining One

Location / Scenario: Both discovering each other through their Nigh-Omniscience, Swamp Thing goes to The Shining One's Earth of his Universe. The Shining One now knows that Swamp Thing is at the Diet Building of Tokyo-Japan, and he warps himself to the Diet Building. Both find each other on opposite ends of a Conference Room. The Room is 10 Meters wide and 100 Meters in length. A long Conference Table is placed in between them. Commence the Match!

Victory: Eliminate the Opponent by any means necessary.

Defeat: You been wiped from the Devil Survivor 2 Multi-Verse.

Round 1: Defeat by a Physical form of attack (Anything that exists. Example: Fire, Curshed from Gravity, Explosion etc.)

Round 2: Defeat by any means.

The Shining One: 0

Swamp Thing: 0

Let me know if this is a curb stomp and I'll adjust the rules.
 
Not really a Stomp, but I'm leaning on the fence for this one.

God Thing is immune to most of TSO's abilities, but TSO counters by also having resistances of his own. I would actually like to know the extent of TSO's durability negation to see if it can harm GT.
 
If so, I am pretty sure it is refering to Almighty Attacks in the game, in where you can't resist, nullify, or drain the attacks.
