At most Low Multiverse level (Could harm a partial god Kratos, who in turn could fight on par with Thanatos, albeit while the latter couldn't bring himself to harm Deimos)

Deimos doesn't fully scale to any of the gods and those on their level IIRC. His best feat is harming someone who just held back immensely and even Thanatos killed him without issue.

Probably the same as his AP. Whatever justification is used for Newton's 3rd Law stuff can be added there.
