Okay, so did some digging, turns out the accepted value for the Sokovia bust is the low-end of the KE feat, 39 megatons.
Meanwhile a charged Nora is equal to Dust Injected Hazel, who is a bit above 42 megatons. And this is without Thor hitting her with his lightning.
