"Gino is Unmatchable Now"

Pretty much. And even if CH manages to hit him, Gino would just regenerate.

Brain/Spinal injuries are easy to achieve when your AP is several times higher than the energy needed to break bone.

It's never used it's teleportation like that. Bloodlust removes inhibitions like overconfidence and reluctance to use abilities, it doesn't change how their powers are used/operate.

Considering Ginosaji literally never Teleports in character no he really can't.

CH FRA

I don't think it's even a matter of what it would do in-character, it's never been shown to teleport rapidly at short distances like that.

Also, Bloodlust, again, only removes inhibitions (like how the Spoonkiller likely restrains itself to prolong its muders). How the powers are actually applied to kill opponents remain the same.

Bloodlusted characters fear nothing, and won't hesitate taking injures if it leads to a higher probability of winning a battle.

A bloodlusted character will not be victim to Character Induced Stupidity, and will be much more likely to speed blitz opponents (if doing so is within their powerset).

For reference. Nothing here changes how they actually apply their powers to kill opponents, just that they would apply their abilities without self-induced restriction.

Then gino just teleport spams and CH has nothing to do against that and actually ttied to kill CH with other methods other than spoons.
It has never used teleportation like that.

I posted the definition of Bloodlust above.

WOT?

Yes Ms. Asuka (I assume you are female due to your username, picture of a female character, and the fact that I recall you getting mad when Drago assumed your gender and addressed you as a male), the Ginosaji's teleportation, from the one time it was explicitly used, and the implication that that is how it keeps finding Jack, seems more geared toward travel than combat. Its potential use in vs debates seems to be geared toward reaching a fleeing combatant and escaping potential incapacitation and BFR (though we don't know how good its teleportation is, and it's likely that some forms of BFR and Sealing would still work). He has never been shown using it to fight Jack. In this video, it ducks an attack from Jack instead of teleporting (kind of weird since it would have been mostly unharmed anyway, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did that just so Jack would hurt himself).

By the way, if you think Gino has been overly nerfed and that Jack could have dealt with it a long time ago going by current stats, keep in mind Jack doesn't seem very smart. He never simply tried to go up to the Ginosaji and take its spoons away from it. even when he wore protective clothing and couldn't be hurt he didn't bother. He also could have tried a lot harder to get his helmet off and put on a different, sound proof helmet or something. Also, since he was able to remove Gino's arm with a chainsaw, it seems like he could have simply continued until he was mush. Really, Jack seems kind of stupid.

You mean High-Low, right?

As for Low-Mid, High-Low only says reattaching the limb, whereas a Low-Mid can regrow it without the original lost body part. There's also being shot with a shotgun.
