Gin only has Mach 30+ combat speed and he has up to Mach 100 attack speed according to his profile https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Ichimaru_Gi.
Luffy is at least Mach 700+ in his combat speed. He is at least 23 times faster than Gin's combat speed and he is 7 times faster than Gin's attack speed.
Gin only has Town level / Town level+ durability and potentcy while Luffy has Large Mountain/Small Island level potentcy and durability.
Luffy will speedblitz and one shot Gin, before Gin even realizes that Luffy has moved. Gin has no way of beating someone that is 23 times faster than him.

ok your wrong ok if you think gin is mach 30. that's funny because gin was faster then ichigo. and ichigo was mach 30 when he frist got bankai so if gin mach 30 your saying ichigo got weaker in show when he beat grimmjow and had the mask. because if you say gin mach 30 you saying ichigo got weaker with his mask and traing because gin was faster then ichigo and ichigo was mach 30 at the start.

Gin's profile says he is High-Hypersonic which ranges from Mach 25 to 50. Even if Gin is Mach 50, he is still 14 times slower than Luffy.
Gin is slower, weaker, and less durable than Luffy is. If Luffy hits him one time, Gin will die. And with Luffy's speed advantage, he can speed blitz him.
