Ghost Rider vs Jasper

Neh, I wouldn't consider the gems to be soulless (in fact, I think we have a discussion about this before): they have reasing capabilities, mind and subconciousness, have capability to feel, and can even spawn life; by all means, they are living beings (just that they aren't biological).

Actually I believe that was a misinterpretation in Digimon's case but I know that a other verse has or will do it in the future (replying to Paulo). I don't really know if it would effect anyone's actual hax because Digimon was the only example on the top of my head and I've heard it was being changed, but it should change multiple characters resistances because having straight up immunity to soul manipulation because you lack a soul seems kinda ridiculous when any writer could just say that doesn't matter whenever they make a story.

Wow this thread blew up hahaha

So what conclusions have we come to
Basically none of GR's hax would work on Jasper and what would work requires him to physically overpower his opponent which wouldnt work on Jasper, but Jasper cant do anything beyond just repeatedly oneshotting him and him regenerating ad infinitum

AKA infinite incon

Weekly I don't think you drew the right conclusion from thst.

That said thst gems don't say one way or another the status of their souls, so if they're fighting a verse where robots or whatever have souls verse equalization (ew) equalized them souls. This would be different from likr Saint-14 who also doesn't have a soul, because there's a direct statements of his kind being soulless. You can't equalize there but can in the uncertain case of gems.

Nothing about dudes soulhaxing souls that dont exist

That's just stupid, that's not what soul means, there are no evidence for souls existing in real life or in Steven Universe, to sau they exist is just a baseless assumption

Give me any instances where Jasper has outright stopped someone from pulling her into another dimension.
Dont need to, any instance of her just straight overpowering someone through physical power is sufficient, and she did so numerous times to Garnet

Which will be immensely difficult seeing as any attack she throws at him will oneshot him

Oh, not this thing again...

But just to be curious, what it is a soul to you?

Verse equalization says hi. Borh characters possess the same supernatural force for the sake of having a battle and not going "oh that doesn't exist"

There are beings in Marvel that don't have souls, meaning that it would be still the same Unless you prove GR affected Marvel characters that don't have souls

Basically none of GR's hax abilities would work on Jasper and what would work requires him to physically overpower his opponent which wouldnt work on Jasper due to her huge physical advantage, but Jasper cant do anything beyond just repeatedly oneshotting him and him regenerating ad infinitum

Grabbing someone and instantly transporting that person into a pocket dimension does not count as having to "overpower" someone.

I mean, one can't compare a gem with a [conventional] robot, they are way too different. And about not people... not sure what do you mean with that?

I also would swear that there's a being physiology similar to the gems in the marvel universe (just look for beings that were created and are made of light).

@Unoriginal Grabbing someone who can oneshot you with a casual punch and can match and likely overpowr you in a battle of pure strength isnt going to work

All he has to do is grab Jasper. Like he can instantly transport her once he grabs her. Jasper cannot "one-shot" someone in that short of a time span.

Then if Jasper is not completely immobilized then she most likely hold herself to be dragged by Ghost Rider.

By the way, Ghost Rider has a chain. He doesn't need to get up close.
Higher AP + Lifting strength means its not going to be of much use

It also depends of his strength. Now I'll ask, haven't GR been able to immobilize beings of elevated levels of lifting strength? Beyond of what its considered outlier.

Ghost rider is baseline Class M, so 1e+6 kg, while Jasper is 3.3e+6 kg

Jasper is over 3x stronger physically

Robbie Reyes is technically not even a Ghost Rider anyhow, so it wouldn't be cross scaling either

If I recall correctly, Ghost Rider obtain his powers from one zource, Zarathos (or that is what DB said), so I guess if they share the same source they are capable to perform the same powers (unless somene have limitations, or sealed, or similar).

@Antonio Robbie doesnt get his powers from the same source as the other Riders, he gets it from his satanic serial killer uncle rather than Zarathos
