Mid Regen for regenerating his arm, in base he regenerated from decapitation and pierced througut the chest by Zenbonzakura, Byakuya's Bankai.

Byakuya should be at least Island Level with Bankai.

Hitsugaya should be MHS+ by power scaling, he can keep up with Kenpachi, Byakuya and Gerard. Who are MHS+.

For Kenpachi Lifting strength upgrade, at least Class G.

Continent level is a few thousand times stronger than Small Country level so your point is invalid.

Everytime the eyepatch came of there's always a mention of how much stronger his reatsu becomes and that wasn't present here at all so I highly doubt he still uses the one that drains his energy.

not like Kenny has problems in his eyes or anything, and his personality didn't change much, he didn't care what'll happen if Gerard fall also he didn't go shikai against Pernida even after losing his arm.
