Geralt of Rivia vs Touka from Tokyo Ghoul

Geralt takes ths because: He has better hax, and I'm assuming Silver S will deal better damage on her. He can freeze or blow her to pieces with Aard or use Axii to get a good chance to decap her. Also Queen has regen and defense combined so that's another reason why.
