GER would be able to revert to 0 any mortal wound Giorno receives. I will remind everyone that Hayato got vaporized by Killer Queen but Josuke was still able to bring him back because he wasn't fully "dead" yet.

that same data book says "who ever gets struck by GER" smh that in itself should have its own thread whether he doesnt need to kill ro BFR or he does
I don't see why he needs to kill to BFR, that kinda aint even a thing related to, ya know, killing.

Needing a death to do a dead loop I get it but not that.

Well because Diavolo's death loop didn't start until he supposedly got BFR'd.

Plus I don't recall there being any statement about parallel universes, either.

GER just punches McQueen, and the moment HtH tries to replicate the damage, GER just resets HtH to zero and keep it in a loop where it cannot do anything and McQueen just... stays dead or enters a death loop.

Highway to Hell's damage reflection isn't an action being taken against Giorno. It's an action that Giorno took against Thunder McQueen that got mirrored back onto himself. If he wants to reset the action, he'll have to reset his own initial attack against Thunder in the first place.

He can just RtZ HtH itself without affecting Thunder.

The "attack against Giorno" part is only for the passive/automatic stuff, not everything that GER can return to Zero. For example, Diavolo's death isn't an attack against Giorno but GER could still RtZ it to create the infinite cycle of deaths.

And even a mortal wound would leave Giorno conscious for enough time to let GER revert the action.
