You do not scale peoples' attack potency to their durability, you do vice versa. Newton's third is about how you can withstand energy you exert. Not that what you withstand from others.

In any case, that's not how newton's third law works, a.k.a you're not scaling one's ap from their dura, you do that vice versa.
A concrete wall survives a rocket explosion.
Does that mean the wall has rocket-level attack potency? No. It only means the wall's durability is high enough to withstand that amount of force.
A character carries a shield that can block a city-busting attack.
Does the shield suddenly have city-level AP?
No. The shield has city-level durability, not city-level attack potency.

Does that make Flins' AP = Rerir's AP? No. If he hadn't keeping up with Traveler to fight Rerir and never actually fight back, his AP would be just Unknown with Country level Durability.
Well I'm using a shield's durability as an analogy, not about they have a shield or not.

There's not a single power bestowal in this scene whatsoever, Collei only hold Amber from behind after Amber's shield is broken.
Morever, those scenes are from Chapter 15, while in Chapter 13, Collei's god's remains were sealed by Cyno. So that Collei doesn't have any power from God's remains

Because it doesn't prove shit, lmao? Nothing implies Collei bestowing her power nor did she able to control it again, because as Cyno said, once it's sealed Collei will never be able to control it again by her own.
And we can see in this scene Amber's Vision is glowing once she infused her bow with Pyro. This is where Amber's attack is stronger, and all that is by herself.
So? That doesn't prove any of your shit (i.e bestowing power to Amber). There's no implication, even a little. Even "if" that is a power bestowal, Amber have already harmed that mf alone before that Collei hugs Amber scene.

Puppet and @Le'garde273 bout to recalc those moon calcs because there's something that implies the Moon is metallic, which means it's heavier than a normal Moons. Heavier means higher AP.
I mean, I literally could implement that now and make a CRT about it.
