no, ronova just gave her power to xbalanque. It was Xbaanque who established the rules of Natlan. Ronova also guided the Lord of the Night in creating the Night Kingdom. However, all of this was considered a violation of the rules by Phanes, because the four shades were actually forbidden from interacting directly with the human world.

not directly, Khaenriah is the only case of Ronova descending to the human world, and in the God Limit trailer, it is indeed her job to destroy the world which is already unstable.
as I recall, Aria explained that heavenly principles rarely descended to the human world, even during the time of the three moon goddesses.
Perhaps this is also the reason why the vengeance war took place in the sky/heavens, because only the shockwaves from the war fell to the human world.

I once calc that feat assuming the Solar system has 8 planets like ours and all planets are habitable to the same capacity of earth
The entire watt per second given would be relative to Country + watts that sun like star produce = Multi Continental

So the entity possesess the capacity of an entire star system.
