Theres a lot, literally. Like his resistances, more of his general abilities, justifications, scaling abilities, and lot of other shit.
Every patch we're just keep getting Phanes' upscale, that's why i won't published his profile anytime soon.

I don't care, like i'm not really that agree with Tier 1 Genshin for now. Your CRT will brought Honkai and trying to cross scaling them, while Genshin literally NEVER mentioned honkai shit. Before it gets mentioned, all of those things are merely an assumptions.
